Checking Voicemail from Your Phone

To check your voicemail from any phone in your office:

1.Pick up the handset and click on the button that says message or looks like an envelope or you can dial “999”.

2.Press “#”.

3.If you are calling from a different phone then you might be asked to enter your extension number, type in your extension number.

4.If you have set a PIN number on your voicemail box then be asked for your voicemail PIN number. The default is 1234. Type in your voicemail PIN number then press ”#”.

5.Follow the voice prompts to check or delete your voicemails.

When you dial “9” for options, the following options will be announced by the voicemail system. Dial the respective numbers to change and update these features:

  • Dialing “1” allows you to change your profile status.
  • Dialing “3” allows you to dial a number.
  • Dialing “4” allows you to delete all read messages.
  • Dialing “5” allows you change your self-identification message.
  • Dialing “6” allows you to play mailbox information.
  • Dialing “7” allows you change your voicemail PIN number.
  • Dialing “8” allows you to change your greeting message.
  • Dialing “9” allows you to restart the voice menu prompts.

Setting your Voicemail Greeting


  1. By phone:
    1. Dial the voicemail number as indicated in your welcome email.
    2. Enter your PIN and then press “#”.
    3. Select option “9” then “8” and then “0” to record.
    4. Press “#” to end recording and “0” to save
  2. From the web client:
    1. Go to “Settings” > “Greetings”
    2. From here you can set a greeting according to your status.

To Playback Voicemail


  1. By phone:
    1. Dial your voicemail number or hit “Voicemail/Message”
    2. Enter your PIN, press “#” and then “*” to play your messages.
  2. Web Client: Click on “Voicemail” and click the playback icon to listen to the message on your selected phone.
  3. Android & iOS App: Tap on the burger menu and select “Voicemail”, tap on the voicemail and select “Play” to listen to the message.
